Lots of folk have "Assertiveness Training" these days.
Supposed to help you "hold your own" in various situations, whilst not being domineering.
Then, my assertiveness might be interpreted by others as domineering and vice versa.
That's the problem though, in our vehicles we can't use our natural means of communication, language, verbal and body.
