LS7 management softwate

Can anyone recommend software to read the LS engine controller kit from GM. Have an LS in a car conversion and am having a cooling fan issue and would like to see if the sensors are being read correctly by the ECU. I've spent 30 minutes looking online but nothing has come up, perhaps I'm just being stupid but I'm sure one of you guys would know!

It's OBD2 compliant, so to check fault codes etc then any cheap reader will work. To really dig into it, or re-write settings/maps etc you will need EFI live or HP tuners.
