Just ordered The Endurance - got £15 off using just 600 Insider points (75% discount) then used the rest of my points to take a further £16 off. Got 3 GWP - Shackleton's Lifeboat, the Retro Record Player and Winter Holiday Train. Pretty decent value overall I feel.
Exactly what I just did except my points discount was £45 !I have seen Costco selling the P1 for £219 - a typo or not but not surprised they are sold out.
I got it for £339 in Sept when it first came out - maybe I should have waited.... I find lego a bit soothing and got the Liebherr model a number of years ago - I have the Ferrari Daytona SP3 in the loft along with the P1 - I dont know which should I open first...hmm

You'll probably find they're both very similar builds until you start on the bodywork. It's one of the reasons I'm a bit out of love with Technic Supercars. Under the skin you wouldn't have a clue which car it is and they're all very 'samey'.I got it for £339 in Sept when it first came out - maybe I should have waited.... I have not built lego since I was a young boy in the 80s, I got the Liebherr model a number of years ago and it was marvellous - its sitting next to a conrad dump truck in the same livery - a T264 model and its heavy.!I will get one of the supercars made over the Christmas holidays when I can relax for a while.
Cheers

Looks like the Shuttle accidentally fell into my basket over the weekend minus £20 of points.
I suspect that Santa also has the Senna MP4 tucked away somewhere too. I’ll need to look at getting the proper wheels before Mansell arrives in the spring.
Lego will offer the wheels from the Mansell Williams sometime in the futureI suspect that Santa also has the Senna MP4 tucked away somewhere too. I’ll need to look at getting the proper wheels before Mansell arrives in the spring.

Yes, boxes flattened in the loft, and instructions all kept in a separate box in the loft once they have been added to the relevant iPads.
My issue is I don't have a loft, or a basement and very little in the way of storage areas. The other issue is the empty boxes aren't 'empty' as they're full of unmade sets! Thin White Duke said:
I'm limited for space for my lego models (if not I'd have spent a fortune so far). Talking of space, do any of you keep the boxes?
I open the numbered bags very carefully, then dismantle sets in reverse order and rebag into original numbered bags as per the instruction. All goes back in the box, back in the 'ready to ship' box if it comes in one, and then onto one of the numerous shelves I have in my spare room / office. I don't have much display space, so sets are built for about two weeks, then dismantled.Yes, I'm sad (and need a much bigger house...).
