Can you adjust the tracking of the steering? Sounds like it's got toe out. I had the same problem on my Lasernut, setting it to slight toe in made it less twitchy and lots easier to drive.
It doesn't look like it, there doesn't look like there is scope for any adjustments. Happy to be proven wrong

So i've started down the RC rabbit hole.
Moved into a house with a bigger garden last year and just had a new path done...

I've had this WLToys 1:28 buggy for a couple of years but not really had the space or time do play with it up to now. Had fun trying to blat round the new track, but the steering is very twitchy so I now have this Carera GT24 Quattro which is a lot better and has enough suspensionto handle the slightly rough concrete surface.

I wondered how a bigger truck would be so I bought a 1:18 DeeRC 302e. It's fantastic and stupidly fast ?? Now i need to find somewhere with more space to properly thrash it about.

Also thinking of picking up a Losi Micro-B as
well...
Can you tell us where the Audi came from? Tempted…

Now that would have been an idea 😆
I'll just have to stick a transponder on the side...

Race track [cough, garden path, cough] almost finished. Only tacked the barrier down in a few strategic places as I was running out of light. With fix it all down properly in the week.

That's awesome! I've just taken delivery of these after 15 years out of the hobby...

Turns out the astroturf in the garden isn't as smooth as I'd hoped. Guess I now need something bigger biggrin

My WPL 6x6 crawler kit has arrived. Having measured up I've just ordered a brushless motor/ESC combo for it, along with some very jolly paint and some hippy bus stickers.

Also I bought an Xray M18MT from Australia (they'd just been discontinued and that was the last one I could find) which should arrive this week. It's a 1/18th monster truck, but my plan is to fit an FTX Mini Rock Van body to it and make a small-scale Vanessa's Lunch Box tribute. I reckon the stickers from the Lunch Box Mini should be about the right size. This month's toy fund is depleted though, so the servo and other bits for that one will have to wait.

That looks serious.

Not in the same league, but I have a Flysky NB4+ on its way. I bought a Spektrum DX6 but it turned up with two broken spokes on the wheel, and generally didn't feel its price - my cheapo Absima feels nicer - so the Spektrum has gone back.
I'm thinking of moving to FrSKy. I was using my Spektrum NX8 a few weeks back and the return spring popped off mid flight for elevator... Its surprisingly tricky to fly without the centering aspect at first. (This was a lightly used radio as well).

Nice, that is on My list to get next.

Sounds like you need a new garden 'path'...

I'm very pleased with it. It feels nice in the hand and it's easy to set up with the touchscreen. The receivers are a bit spendy (£40ish), but overall I'm glad I went for it.

It's an awesome little thing, even just sat on the shelf it looks great. Full scaled down version of their bigger buggies, the size of everything blows my mind. My 10 month old is obsessed with it and will spend hours chasing it around the living room.

The mini-b above is 1/16 scale and the micro is 1/24 both handle great but the micro is very limited in which surfaces you can run on.... So is the mini-b but less so.

My latest... a Kyosho Outlaw rampage pro....

a 70% assembled kit and overall reasonably cheap too.
It drives WAY better than it should and offers great value... the suspension is super plush long travel and it moves and rides in a scale way...

It's like a hybrid of a trail truck and a drifter.... Huge fun and much more fun and useable than the faster stuff I have... Looks great too!

Ready for its first run...

Owned it!!

Scale tat in the back

The real deal....

Is that the model that has the solid rear axle?

Yes, it has trailing arms and a motor on axle design which perhaps the purists don't like but it clearly helps by making it very tractable for a 2wd and the CofG is properly low, I'm surprised by how non tippy it is... It squats beautifully under acceleration.

The front is independent wishbones and there are sway bars front and rear with a selection of thicknesses to choose from in the kit.

I love that sort of setup on an RC Car, it's totally different to independent suspension. I have one of these: https://www.losi.com/product/1-10-baja-rey-2.0-for... which I picked up in the States last year, it's great. I have long lusted after a Traxxas UDR but can't justify it.

I have lusted after the heatwave liveried baja ray but missed out when they were available here.
And the UDR too but the UDR needs money spending on it out of the box from what I hear?
And I only run one 6s which is an infraction.... And the running costs of that are high!!!

Another issue with larger scale stuff and to a degree the fast capable 3s 4x4s is finding a scale terrain for them, which can be challenging.

What I have found interesting with the outlaw is that it doesn't need to be going too fast to "feel fast" as it basically steers from the rear and because it's lightweight that happens very easily...

This video is a good example
