That’s the plan.

The whole front end needs a paint really and the lacquer is peeling off the wheels and there are a few other cosmetic bits that need doing.

I’m probably getting to the stage where I’ll have spent more than it’s realistically worth but it’s now more a labour of love than anything else.

My dad neglected it really but the saving grace is that it only has 36,000 miles which seems to be about 100,000 less than many others

There'll always be something else that needs doing get out and enjoy it.

I've been thrashing about the B roads of exmoor today no point doing anything cosmetic there's still snow up there and massive potholes.

I wouldn't go to mad getting it painted or wheels done, but I would give it a mega clean underneath and under arches to prevent any rust, even get it waxoyled. With low owners and low miles it's definitely only going one way and it could be cosmetically improved at any time.
