A couple of things that might be helpful to others. It came from Bristol (directly from the port) and was driven (~130 miles to me).
The driver was not COVID aware at all. No gloves, no wipe down of surfaces. He even asked me for a lift to the nearest station! I declined.
There is a scuff on the rear bumper. Noted on the delivery form. Rang G2L who said it would get sorted.
Other than that, I’m very happy with the car itself. Quick, and very grippy. Pops and bangs in race mode are very amusing.

Got my Megane 280 today. It’s lovely. Nicer than I remember from the trophy I test drove. Took the Mrs for a lesson as she’s been in an auto for 2 years, it quickly restarts after a stall thankfully!
Unfortunately though, I’m in Aberdeen and we’ve just had a lockdown announcement. Crap timing...

Anyone else had any issues with delivery?
Was supposed to get a Trophy delivered on Tuesday, waited to 3pm and started chasing. Turns out the car had got damaged and wouldn't be delivered on the day - great! s

Now have a courtesy Qashquai which couldn't be further from the car I actually want to drive!

Which driving mode are you guys using? Is there a difference in throttle response / noise between race and sport?
Any little tips or features that would be useful?
Finding the information screen and menus a bit crap so far, rest of the car makes up for it though!

Had mine a month now. Couple of minor niggles on delivery but car is great fun. Personally i find the ride ok, previous car was an audi s4 and it's not too much worse than that. On motorway runs its surprisingly civilised I find. Struggling to understand all the menus but doesn't really matter as car is brilliant to drive. Sounds good too.

It's probably not broken. As per the MK3 RS, it seems to need conditions to be just about perfect for it to kick in. If you mostly do short journeys then it may decide the battery doesn't have quite enough charge for it to triggerGassing Station | French Bred | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
