I think its well out of order, but also I think its what we need here. Tell you what it would stop you messing around. I know it was bad put we all know if you run twards other fans its going to get nasty. especially in Italy!

Italian stadiums are owned by the local council - therefore UEFA and the club have no say about how they are policed.

However, UEFA can inflict sanctions on Italian clubs if things don't improve, such as banning home fans or reducing crowd numbers.
