Norfolk Broads trails?

Staying at St Dunstans near Norwich next weekend. Taking the mountain bikes and wondering if there are any recommendations for a day out on the bikes, more river bank/bridal way type stuff than jumping off of cliffs!
I've downloaded some stuff that suggests the broadlands are around the river Yare rather than the actual Broads. Was hoping to see some nice country with stops at village pubs, that sort of thing.

I love them as they show all the bridleways etc. very clearly and they fold up small enough to fit into a back pack etc.!
