I can confirm that cars that run in this class do get used on the road. John Sleath came to the Leeds cruise, at least a 60 mile round trip. His car also runs 8`s.

[cough]Erm, 7 's actually, these days.

For more info on the Uk's fastest street legal doorslammers, see :

Andy,

Well done again. It was great to meet Steve and appologies if it looked like we kidnapped him - but I guess he just likes snowmobiles (and my beer)! I'm now going ahead with a switch to sequential methanol injection with an Electromotive ECU under Steve's guidance, so maybe we can further convince him that the UK is where he needs to be. I really like the idea of gettinbg rid of all the MSD stuff after it failed - again.

See you in a few weeks.

Awesome! I can't believe this car is evolved from the olden days when I used to go to the Pod a lot - it is the red Victor I liked from all those years ago.

That engine installation is something else now!!

Fair play Andy, that's one hell of a peice of kit you have there. All very shiny, which is a very important factor when it comes to race cars... shame it's all covered by a bonnet evil

Congrats again!
