You haven't read the listing properly.

"Seats are not available" is not the same as "not for sale"

he hasn't got the OEM seats ,so physically cannot sell them.

Standard suspension will be thrown in if the price is right, says the listing.....

Looks like it's been used properly in the way a "CSL" should. Excellent quality upgrades too with Intrax and AP, it'll be a great track car. Very nice.
