Thanks all. It was a very unpleasant experience. It's made me realise that you should photograph your collection though. I lost 19 or 20, and only had pictures of 11. To be honest, I can't even remember what I had so my top tip for you all this weekend is to take pictures of all your junk/fine timepieces.

Sorry missed this. It’s a Tissot Ana Digi. Been fancying one for a while. But it could be borked. Guess we will find out.

I've been scouring for a Breitling Aerospace recently which is a titanium ani-digi and I reckon they'll start creeping up soon. Higher price point again but same lines. Sorry back on topic

Cheers. One of those is going on the list, summer purchase at this rate I think...
Another vote for Boldr / Reise / RZE here. I kickstarted my Reise one and the finish is very tough. It doesn’t get worn every day for obvious reasons but is a reliable member of the collection

The Tissot I’ve picked up is Titanium (case and bracelet) with the same two screen lay out and single crown operation of the Aerospace, I don’t think it has a backlight though (like the early aerospace).

The trouble with these things is the modules fail and they’re not making any more of them. I’d be cautious about spending Aerospace money on an older one for that reason.

The module in the aerospace went into a few cheaper watches but they’re not so cheap any more because people gut them for parts to repair the old Aerospace.

Tread with caution I guess.

I’d be interested to hear what the metal bracelet is like - I got a Dumas with the mesh bracelet and swapped it out for an orange rubber strap as it wasn’t very comfortable on the mesh.

Looks good. Lovely colours. Love my Spinnaker.

Edited to add: I’ve just been over to the Spinnaker site and I’m a bit taken aback by the price increases - my Dumas was half the cost of the current asking prices. Does anyone know if they’ve improved specifications or materials, or is it just another example of the rise in the cost of living

I realize that I’m answering a question that wasn’t asked, but Accurist do a rather nice ana-digi lookalike that will just about come in at or around thread budget, the 7231.

And the Breitling for reference:

It's a Spinnaker Hass X MCS, no longer available from Spinnaker direct as was a limited edition of 500 pieces, a few places have them if you look around, I ordered mine through a boutique watch shop on Amazon, however I haven't had confirmation of the order yet so I'm starting to think they may not have stock and so the order may be cancelled!!

Thanks Bobberoo. That explains why I didn't see it in the Spinnaker site.

I feel like as soon as you get pushers you are opening up the list to an innumerable number of options. Got to be more practical than having just the crown, though.
