Steinhart - excellent customer service!

As per the title - I managed to damage the bezel insert on my Steinhart Ocean One. A quick email to Gunter asking how much it'd cost me to buy a replacement resulted in the promise of a new one in the post, free of charge.

Sure enough, the new insert arrived this morning. Excellent service from Steinhart.
