Can anyone recommend any good restaurants in Liverpool? I'm heading up to the Open for a couple of days but have no idea what the restaurant scene is like. We have a table booked at Panoramic 34 on one night but I have no clue as to where to go on the second night other than the iffy looking recommendations on TA. Suggestions welcome. Thanks....

Salt House or Bacaro.......or if you can get a table at the Water Street branch Mowgli (probably the most unusual Indian food experience you will ever have )

Will have to be next time. In the end we went to Chaophraya (Thai) recommended by the Titanic Hotel, where we were staying. The food was great when we got it, unfortunately the service was v slow.

As a by the by, the Titanic Hotel was amazing. If I go back to Liverpool, I will definitely stay there again.

The Art House is good if you're looking for somewhere special for dinner. Great service particularly given I booked the wrong week and, in essence, turned up without a reservation to a full restaurant!

Seats found and a great night.
