I’ll let the restaurant know!

Saying that, I get bacon from a very good butchers and it still does the white jizzy stuff. All their other meat is top knotch, but I don’t bother with bacon from them anymore. It’s put me right off
It’s probably still wet cured regardless of other stuff they sell. Proper dry cured bacon doesn’t have the water content to do that. I would also say that 99% of places selling breakfast are using wet cured bacon too even if the venue is quite up market.

I hit the jackpot this morning - self judged biggrin. My only criticism is that some of my toast got soggy - tomato juice I think.

A decent chunk of your daily calories there! Looks very good.

A mix of sausage, piquant chorizo and mushrooms. I went light on the egg for a change.

Lots of spicy oil comes out the chorizo to infuse the other stuff.

Couldn't hack the quantity, but that's top notch in every respect, and exactly the combination I'd put forward for a FEB.

Cheers. Yes, rather a lot of calories although surprisingly light. Grilling might help that.

I may take a leaf out of your book and experiment with some chorizo in future breakfasts. I love a bit of heat at any time of day lick.

It's a sorry day when the hash brown is the most appealing item on the plate.

Mrs Palmer had a heavy day out with her friends yesterday so she had a craving for the below-a made up recipe but crikey was I just glad to get swept along satiating it. Field mushrooms fried in butter, seeded sourdough, grilled piccolo tomatoes, avocado, streaky grilled back bacon, Burford Brown eggs, spinach. I’m done.

We don't see spinach on breakfast plates very often here.

I don’t like spinach, but I would more than happily put up with it for the rest of what’s on the plate, looks fantastic.

Is streaky back bacon the kind that has the streaky bit and the back together?

We don't see spinach for good reason. However, it looks great.

Amazed to get away without a hangover, I was nevertheless ravenous and without the ingredients for my iggy piggy breakfast bap ®️, I was striving for creativity. Cut the sloppy mozzaromellete
