Cheers. Yes, rather a lot of calories although surprisingly light. Grilling might help that. I may take a leaf out of your book and experiment with some chorizo in future breakfasts. I love a bit of heat at any time of day .
Mrs Palmer had a heavy day out with her friends yesterday so she had a craving for the below-a made up recipe but crikey was I just glad to get swept along satiating it. Field mushrooms fried in butter, seeded sourdough, grilled piccolo tomatoes, avocado, streaky grilled back bacon, Burford Brown eggs, spinach. I’m done.

I don’t like spinach, but I would more than happily put up with it for the rest of what’s on the plate, looks fantastic.IanPalmer said:
