Some current coin prices to look back at when this volume reaches 500 pages!

GBP: https://imgur.com/a/IEM3kdN
USD: https://imgur.com/a/h6t9x22

BTC : £45239 / $62292. Clearly an overvalued ponzi scam and will be going to zero any day now. biggrin

What is SC? I'm looking for it on Panda, but can't see it.

I made a few beer tokens (and going by the prices in my local, its only beer tokens!), and pulled my money out of XRP, and now its making its way back down. What are you guys looking at? Have peanuts in DOGE at the moment.

Do any of you lot do this for a living?
SC is Sia. You won't find these on crappy exchanges like Panda.

Working on doing it for a living. If BTC keeps climbing at the same rate then within a year or two I'd be able to sell for stable coins, stake them and live off the interest. But where is the fun in that?

Wooo first page! So on the last thread I asked if anyone had Elrond which I got in on last summer and is now 15x but no response. So I’ll try again with a different one.

Anyone got Thorchain? I’m now 20x on that, it’s gone berserk this week.

I missed Elrond. Thorchain was shilled on a few big YT crypto channels in the past day or two, so that'll be why that's popped.

Good luck with that. Would be lovely to have the time to sit and look a little deeper into it.

So what exchange would you recommend? I signed up with Panda as it seemed pretty easy to do so, but if theres better, I'd jump on that instead

Holding around 2k Polygon / Matic since it launched a month or so ago on Coinbase Pro. Only threw a notional stake at it and will check its value every 12 months and take a view. No idea what it does and don’t really care, but it seems most coins rise significantly in value over time.

So many regrets over selling my ETH at £200 for a 20% profit. I had thousands invested in that, typical short-sightedness on my behalf.

Funny/sad thing is, first thing Elrond did after I bought it was go down 50%. I’d be sat on 30x if I’d waited a few weeks.

The exchange I'd recommend is the one which best fits the coins and tokens that you want to gamble/speculate on. If you only want to play with the "safe" top 10 like the newbies then any of the exchanges will do, the main difference between them being the fees. If you want to play with brand new tokens that have only launched in the past hour then Binance is where you need to be as none of them launch on ETH/Uniswap anymore, they're all on BSC BNB/CAKE.

If you don't care for gambling on what usually turn out to be scam projects, then Kraken is a decent all-rounder these days and doesn't require a selfie to get verified.

MATIC is a scalability solver, mainly created for the ETH network. The trouble is that it has DOT, ATOM and AVAX as competitors. I was bullish on it earlier in the year but never got as far as putting any money in. Wish I had as it's 5x'd since then but if you only bought in a month ago you've bought the top.

But it's a CEX so you're not allowed nono. You only use DEXs, remember? -

ETH = decentralized

BNB = Extremely centralized, pretty much like a bank, i know which one i prefer.

...

Binance is a centralized exchange that issues its own coin. I honestly think you can't get a greater example of centralisation, and again very similar to how the Banking world operates. If that is what interests you then fair enough, it might have similar technology to ETH but it is probably as far away as possible in principles, namly decentralised and free from control.

...

I'm just not a fan of centralization because generally the company only does it to profit purely off its users, nothing else.
