Once upon a time these used to be made in Britain, nowadays they are made in China. Are they still as good or has quality suffered.

And are there any speakers still made in the UK?

I may be wrong but I recall reading that the new 600 series are the only speakers they make in China... but are made by B&W China, not outsourced.

Not sure about their Zeppelin.

For what it's worth, I still rate them, and will definitely be considering them again when upgrade time comes about wink

As ever, if you're thinking of buying, go listen to them first and make up your own mind smile

Agreed.

They may make their low end ones abroad, but the rest of their stuff is UK made - I watched a promo video somewhere showing how they formed the curves in the cases.

We have some 700 and some of the CM series, excellent finish on both. If these models are made in china then they're doing a good job over there too.

B&W has a huge factory in Worthing which makes their higher end gear and all products are designed here in UK; China is used to make the entry level stuff but it's made in B&W's own factory there and quality is still as good you would expect from them.
