Wasn't the overwhelming consensus on here after the recentish episode when the fella chased the robbers who ended up dead after a RTA that the only sensible course of action if you're 'innocent' was to go no comment to prevent plod from sneakily using what you say against you?
Yeah the episode with the electrician who chased two robbers And he ended up doing 2 years.

My take from that episode was the first words out of my mouth if in the presence of the police and suspected of anything is

Says Season 2 episode 3/6 on tv guide.
"Detectives investigate when a man is found in the early hours badly beaten at the side of the road with significant facial injuries and little recollection of what happened. "
Has it been on before (I don't remember but that's not saying much if i'm honest) or is it one of those times where the season just seems to end but then carries on months later ?

It's not been on before, but it is as said, 3 of 6. The first two of S2 were a couple of months ago.

The attempted murder episode where the victim wouldn't talk to the police was incredibly dull.

I believe the Forensics episode that is on tonight (23-05-23) is about a £300K jewellery theft. Might not be that interesting.

Maybe better than the normal stabby murder stuff for a change?

That blokes face when they presented him the mobile phone records. Went from fronting it out to giving up in a plot second.

Looked a decent crew at the beginning but turned out to be clueless.

I agree, ended up being quite interesting after all, especially the cell site analysis & other phone stuff.

The production of this series is, overall, excellent - it isn't dumbed-down but also isn't too technical either.

Is anyone else watching this?

This weeks one was this episode..
During a lads' night out, an interaction with a stranger leads to a violent attack that leaves one of them fighting for his life in hospital. Can police track down the assailant? (S2 Ep4)

BBC forensics was a bit meh last night...some guy caught red handed burning something that turned out to be common practice in there to test the plastic.

I honestly thought the owner would be negligent eventually but everyone got off Scot free and the insurer lose squllions.

Yeah, we watched it last night. Quite good we thought. Not quite sure how they were found guilty mind, with evidence not being conclusive?
