Just wanted 2 main courses. Wild card could be used for sure.

Very poor from NI. Can't see any of the winners dishes getting through.

Very different to last week.

Felt sorry for the chap with stomach bug as he was obviously going to go through, but that’s life. Not that I think any would get a banquet course.

Makes you feel sorry for the ones that went out last week, they were all much better than these.

Indeed. Hopefully this years wild car will see some of those great defeated chefs back in the final.

Totally agree. Possibly made the Welsh and Scottish chefs look good (in the GBM kitchen with all the pressures, not a general comment on them) in comparison. Highest scoring dish only got 32 points in final judging says a lot.

I wish Andi would put a sock in it with her critiques and commands, or better still, just shove off..

I get the impression that if she wasn't there this week the whole thing might have fallen apart

I swing a miss from both, think nerves got to both and some just wrong design the pie as a celebration pudding not quite right. Wild card for the losser from last week should be a big factor from the judges.

She’s has become a little too active in her running commentary imo. I really like her but she just needs to go back to how she’s been in every series so far.

She definitely helped get them over the line.

Terrible scores, all round, though.

I know they have the wild card round but when you see people being kicked out with a 32 in other regions doesn't seem fair

That’s knock-out competitions for you.

I have high hopes for Jason Howard to pull this one off. His food is superb.
