Now we've got gurning DeeDee with an unwanted Joel-child. Please make her get rid of it, for heaven's sake!
How did I miss that?
I thought she was super religious (at one point) and no hanky panky before marriage, hence Joel pumping the young ladies?

Indeed, but I vaguely recall amidst all the ridiculous storylines and sensationalist plots that she did give-in to Joel one night at her flat, and TBH I'd forgotten all about it until the close-up of the pregnancy test. Will this never end?

The two "scary" brothers story is a bit lame tbh. Why do they have to pop over to coronation Street to beat their own brother up or intimidate him? Then just walk off when told to do one?
Am also intrigued where the lady detective supposedly lives, given she's now a regular in the boozer etc? Have they given any story back up as to why she's a local now to all intents?

I assume she's local as she fancies Carla.

As for the two brothers... hardly threatening are they.

I suspect they threw that line in on purpose, a bit like the cream horns in Roy's Cafe.

David's bloody hair laugh, considering he has had a hair transplant, (Same as Nick, Tyrone and PC Tinker)

Another curve ball thrown in, with the involvement of Mason's brother in the death of Betsy's mum Becky.

Can't wait to see the st hit the fan between David and Shona over Clayton's prison visit saga.

I'd actually forgotten David had a wife/girlfriend killed by her son, there's been a million storylines and characters in the last few years you forget how it all entwines

Wacky Racer remembers everything. Like yourself, I forget stuff from even 1 year ago, and the complicated personal lives of street occupants makes me think I'm losing it. Bring back Albert Tatlock I say.

I need the Corrie Massive to help me out with Corrie Past. Leanne's dad must have been Les. So who was Toyah's dad ? Or was it the same dad. but different mums ? Toyah is the younger sister I think. It's all so much in the past - what's Chesney got to do with it?

It's very comicated so best to have a read of Les Battersbea's Wiki page but basically he's their stepfather.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Les_Battersby

Interesting that they never mentioned telling Fiz as Les would also be her stepfather.

With the demise of Les Battersby in a work accident, can we assume that there’ll be a nice bit of compo for all the relations to squabble over?
