2 options1 - Tom (as Nate had sort of figured him out before he was meant to be leaving) and due to the fight with Cain would have made an easy target.
2 - John - the last person seen with Nate helping him into his van to take him to a hospital to be checked over after his fight with Cain. He also picked up Nate's phone after he'd dropped it after collapsing so would have been able to send the future texts to Tracey.
John's obviously far more likely given how he was originally written in with a dubious background. Plus in the scene tonight where they pan out showing Nate's body wrapped / tied / weighted it was very similar in layout to how John had dealt with Anthony's body (albeit that one was in a black liner - and there's still the scene of a body in a similar liner being thrown off a bridge into flood water based on the flashback).
The only issue you've got now is whether Matty understood what Amy said (probably not) or whether the Police also find Nate's body in the lake - but as it looks like they're only lifting the limo not dredging my guess that's going to run on for a while.

Well based on Friday, with the scene with Charity / Mack at the side of the road, the last panda car was leaving the scene - incredible CSI work there - completely removed the limo, investigated the scene, etc, in just a few hours after the accident and done by early / mid morning Guessing the police will find Nate first before Suzy
I saw the basic overview for next week earlier - writers still doing the usual rinse and repeat of having to have at least 1 female character in the village pregnant - and hey it's been a few weeks since April was used so time for another. Evidently this time it's going to be Sarah via Jacob

I thought she is, and also Tracy…. In real life she’d be losing weight and going to the gym to become “date fit” after Nate left her……Ruby may be older, but is in a completely different class to Tracy!
