Yeah, someone above has theorised this too.
My theory is that it was parked in someone else's space or he's rented an underground space where the property don't allow subletting (tbf I do that too).
The management company have gone for the cheapest impound place they could possibly find which was that place. I've had my car stolen and recovered and the impound places all look like that, horrendous scenes.
Whether their fine was legally enforceable or not I don't know.
What I'd have done is called the police again and reported the car was stolen, if they ask if it had a tracker you say yes and tell them the location.
But if they know they've done wrong they likely wouldn't be able to do that.
I don't think the fella who owned the impound would have called the police himself so easily if he had a stolen Range Rover behind him.
But confronting the guy like this with crow bars (which you can see them hiding under cars when the police arrive), then kicking off with the police is just making it a horrendous situation. They really seem like undereducated people who don't know how to deal with complex situations.
I'd probably be just as angry as they are tbh, can't blame them. What a scummy companyMy theory is that it was parked in someone else's space or he's rented an underground space where the property don't allow subletting (tbf I do that too).

Tim is starting to upload on his Shmuseum channel again, quite a number of creepy comments getting excited because they heard his girlfriend talk off camera…
Guessing with his view count dropping, he needs the viewsMuch like him buying an M2 when his dad and manager both own one as well
I said earlier I thought DriveTribe had lost its way with Izzy Hammond now being the main protagonist but the latest video just confirms this. I’m sure she’s a sweet little thing but motoring wise she offers nothing and comes across as being a daddy’s child and Hammond is just pandering to her.
