Well, that's small beer compared to the clowns who thought "secured lending" meant giving someone on a low income a mortgage for more than the value of their property. How many £billions has the Northern Rock fiasco cost me and other taxpayers?

That's right, there are slaves being traded today, children dying of hunger or thirst all over the third world, unbelievable oppression in China and Cuba, but it's you posting here on the internet who is the ral victim.

How is this victimhood played out, have you had to put up with dial-up internet?

The fact that you live better than royalty did 100 years ago is neither here nor there, of course, you are a victim because someone else has an R8, and you don't, and that's just not fair!
You have misunderstood my point. I don't feel that 'it's not fair' from where I'm sitting, I'm not somkind of slavering socialist that thinks everyone should share everythign regardless of who worked for it, that wasn't nmy point, all things considered I do alright.

I do however feel agrieved that I and the majority of the population (yourself as well probably) will have to endure the pain for the actions of a few criminals. That is simply an unacceptable situation. Life is of course unfair, but things need to change, I'm sure you wouldn't disagree with that.

As far as slave trading , hunger and starvation etc, are you saying that the criminal behaviour of politicians the world over ISN'T responsible (st the very least in part) for these situations? I assume you're not as it quite clearly is.

I've been working on the assupmtion however that this is what they are all protesting about, perhaps naively ive credited them with too much intelligence.

Whilst I don't believe professional wasters and their like should be given large houses etc just because 'its not fair innit' thats not really what this is all about is it.

The contemptable greed and egregious criminality of a tiny fraction of society, namely those in control (Politicians and financial leaders) has led us to this point. A point at which the real losers in the whole scenario are the general populations of the west
