In my opinion the whole grooming, gangs, rings set up stinks and not enough is being done to limit future damage as everyone is focussed on gangs that were active a decade or so ago. No problem at all in prosecuting this scum, but I’d rather see more preventative action being taken. However, the thread will degenerate as people like Pork Sword come on playing on the periphery with their comments.

One group visited a police unit that focuses on child prostitution. I think that prepubescent child abuse is probably committed by people who’s brains are not wired correctly. You don’t post on the Cyril Smith thread, even though he’s a classic example of what you refer to, by operating in “a town or city with a high Muslim population” plenty of evidence about his abuse too, or doesn’t it count if it’s white boys, or is that the perpetrator is white in this case so you ignore it. Better still, is it the fact that he’s not a gang, he’s part of a ring, as if there’s a distinction.
