Is anyone actually surprised by Corbyn's past affiliations . Its just another day I am not sure how bad a headline would have to be for people to be shocked.
I'd be inclined to agree with you but you meet people who 'love' Corbyn and they really haven't a clue - they just hear 'free st' and lap it up without any further thought.
It's repeated all over the world - the ignorant and/or ill-educated who fervently back the likes of Corbyn, Maduro, Erdogan, the geezer in Zimbabwe and so on. It really does bother me that ~40% of our electorate in this great nation would vote for this man and all he stands for. It has to be shocking ignorance.

Of course there are fanatics and extremists in every country, but the vast majority of people who have an open mind and performed 30 mins of research would never vote for Corbyn and his ilk if they properly understood the damage it would cause.

there's a meme on facebook denying this and claiming it was a memorial for 47 Palestinians killed in an Israeli airstrike in 1985. Thanks to the wonders of the internet, an article from a 1985 edition of thr NY Times says the airstrike was against the PLO headquarters.

Finally, someone in the Tory party focusing on destabilising the opposition rather than themselves.

Indeed. And someone who has considerably more cross-party appeal than Boris, May and Corbyn put together.

Dangerous common sense from the Conservatives.

I'm sorry admire is never a word one could apply to that most dangerous person.

Yup he drops an occasional aide memoir then hides in the shadows again.

Could be an effective strategy, mind.

He is far darker character than Corbyn but seem to manage to avoid getting caught up in any of the current controversy .

He just hasn't got a clue has he?

"I was there because I wanted to see a fitting memorial to everyone who has died in every terrorist incident everywhere." - Wow, just wow. He really is a dimwit.

Absolutely incredible.

Corbyn and May. Is this really the best our entire political system has to offer? They make that guy from the Monster Raving Loony Party look like a decent alternative.

As poor as you think May is doing, grouping her with Jezza does her a disservice.

She's plugging away at a st job - it would be a st job whoever was PM, he's struggling to just keep himself afloat (when people expect less of him than they do May anyway!)

He'd just made that - he's partial to a bit of flower arranging and the other dudes were just picking it up. Corbyn thought it was for a beauty pageant.

Perhaps he needs a reminder from a journalistic source he trusts - https://morningstaronline.co.uk/a-98de-palestine-u...

"After wreaths were laid at the graves of those who died on that day and on the graves of others killed by Mossad agents in Paris in 1991,"

In which case we can add misogynist to his CV smile

We only need to find out he was also a promising footballer and is one of the most vulnerable members of our society and we have a media cliche full house.

He must be the unluckiest anti-racism campaigner in the world. Every time he makes a new friend or association, they turn out to be antisemitic. What are the chances huh?
