if an example of the word’s usage has to be that obscure then it’s not a very good word
"candidates made oleaginous speeches praising government policies" in his case "the speaker made oleaginous speeches, masquerading as points of order, praising opposition policies"

Hardly that obscure - obsequious would be a fair synonym

You're right, and actually my clothes are always getting very oily in this kingdom.... what a great way to describe the UK - will say that from now on to people when they ask me to describe the kingdom I live in, they will all definitely have a clue what I'm on about

Apparently he is annoyed by the plan to deny him his rightful peerage. Quelle surprise.

Really?

Yes, spitting abuse as you're dragged away by two security guys is always such a tempting look.
10/10 would bang.

What a midden. lick
That’s it!
Two words I’ve had to Google already at it’s only the second page!

I’m discombobulated!

I've met her and she's a proper Munter, if you would, your standards are low.

My standards are very low indeed, but I'd have to borrow a barge pole off someone so I could not touch her with it

It's not surprising he's got Little Man syndrome. Well, you would, wouldn't you?

Good riddance, I think the way he's handled Brexit has been disgraceful.

Still making it, the guy is a proper prick isn't he. Corbyn now bumlicking the little misogynist bully. Let's not lose sight of the fact he'd have been out a long time ago if Labour hadn't held their nose over all that because they knew he'd pervert the Commons in their interests.

For someone who was supposed to be impartial he made a damn good job of showing he was anything but that

Yep bye bye you clown.

Hopefully he will be prosecuted for many of his errors.

BJ will slowly ruin this man now.

And so he should.

I’m not up on all his misdemeanours, in what way has he proved to be not-impartial?

Hilary Benn regrets the decision and gets on with the bumlicking. Of course he regrets it, we are where we are because he threw the Constitution out the window for Benn.

And this is yet another tragic outcome of the devils work - Brexit

This principled witty and most modest of men has now been obliged to resign for doing what he thinks he knew was best.
I can only hope that he gets a nice presenting job on the BBC or something as he is truly one of the most brilliant people to have entered Mrs Bercow
