Outlook.Com using rules help

Hi all, on my old hotmail account, now outlook.com I believe. I am getting so much spam it's irritating. Outlook.com has a rules function so emails that meet certain criteria came be moved straight to the bin.
However, I can't seem to get them to work. For example a lot of the emails are from random domains, but are from an .xyz or .pw or .site etc. Is it possible to exclude all emails from these sites using the rules function? If so, how?

Thanks, but sadly that doesn't work. It only blocks certain senders, not all from a particular domain. And as they change the domain too every so often, that's a problem also. The only thing they have in common is the bit after the full stop. Ie .xyz or .pw for example.
