Scottish Referendum / Independence - Vol 11

I’m for re evaluating our relationship with the rest of the Uk. Whether that’s further devolution/federalisation or full independence.
So are you impressed with how well it has gone so farDo you think Holyrood has brought a massive improvement to the people of scotland
I don't
I think it is stuffed from top to bottom with bottom feeding morons who should be trusted to run a bath and i would happily see the entire place shutdown
Which is the main reason i am against leaving the UK

So you acknowledge the buffons exist
Which is a start
I’m not a fan of the SNP because they’re a single issue party that attracts anyone who’s for that issue. It means that there’s no actual party consensus on any policy outside of Indy.
There are some truly unpleasant people in the party and I can’t support that.
I’d rather they weren’t in sole control of the parliament so I see the coalition as a good thing. The greens have already managed to get policies that some SNP politicians are openly against moving.

I think that oil company execs should be prosecuted if they’re found responsible for a spill or other environmental damage.
Directly responsible, or when it's caused by someone else, or a plant failure?Calls for company executives to go to jail always seem to be based on the their salary rather than actions or responsibility.

If it’s a genuine accident then that’s different but if something happens due to negligence, the people who could have realistically prevented it if due diligence was being done should be punished.Calls for company executives to go to jail always seem to be based on the their salary rather than actions or responsibility.

Not the same thing, but well done for falling into the conflation trap that the male dominated pseudo-trans movement is relying upon to silence dissenters. High profile SNP and Green figures like Joanna Cherry and Andy Wightman have seen through the agenda and have been shunned by their parties for the crime of being intelligent enough to realise that it isn't really about trans-rights but instead a push by a minority group of extremist males trying (and succeeding) to do away with women-only rights, using LGBT and 'transphobia' as a deflector shield.
Worryingly, hoards of the dimwitted end of the LGBT movement are fully endorsing it.
Check out what the UN has to say about breast-bindng, something this minority group of whackos have succeeded in getting Scottish Government approval.

I have no problems with the removal of legal protections of women
HOWEVER
I do have a problem with the fact the scottish greens very rarely mention
Green issues
Wow - did a post of mine (that was telling the truth) get deleted!
Scottish state censorship is alive and well.
BTW it is true that should a female rape victim refuse to be medically examined by a trans 'female' (who when the proposed Gender Reform Bill is made law with the help of the Green vote in Holyrood will be able to self declare at-will) on the grounds that they are not a biological female then the rape victim will have committed a hate crime against a prescribed 'characteristic' group under the Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Act 2021.
Sect. 1.2 - The characteristics are—
(a)age,
(b)disability,
(c)race, colour, nationality (including citizenship), or ethnic or national origins,
(d)religion or, in the case of a social or cultural group, perceived religious affiliation,
(e)sexual orientation,
(f)transgender identity,
(g)variations in sex characteristics.
If this is deleted again then we can all be sure someone doesn't like the truth. Mods - please read the legislation before upholding any spurious complaints by posters here. There is a reason why the relevant legislation was universally panned in the rest of the civilised world.
Yes it is abhorrent, but it is a reality in Scotland.
One Scottish MSP resigned their party whip over this issue, and another (who is a QC) is defending a Womens' Rights Group in court against accusations of hate crime for raising the very point above.
Would someone now like to explain the motivation for wanting to have these FACTS deleted?

Surprised but pleased to see some Mod action on this. This thread has been a haven for transphobes, misogongy, xenophobia etc etc. under the thinnest of pretences of Indy discussion for ages.
How's about substantiating that assertion. Also, let us not lose sight of the fact that Scottish Nationalism (like all forms of nationalism) is predicated on xenophobia, and Scottish Nationalists express prejudicial views with impunity on a regular basis (see the 'kick Tories out of Scotland' comment earlier).

women with "a euphemism for a penis that might be similar to a male chicken" ( i hope that isn't a hate crime to assume the gender of a chciken)
So banging the report button is actually a bit dim
As i am accepting it is perfectly normal for women to have a penis
But i now know it is basically a hate crime to mention it
Thought i haven't checked in the past 30 seconds what transphobia actually is
