The utter conceit of the woman.
My thoughts exactly. NPD - narcissistic personality disorder.

To do with Branchform?, highly unlikely, I thought that had all been sorted out, nothing to see here status?
AIUI, the Police have passed it to the Crown Office.

We’ll either find out about it soon or in 20-30 years time….

Does Scotland have an equivalent of the Limitation Act?

No idea, but we should definitely have term limits; 2 terms and then they're out for at least 4 years, although maybe if they reach the giddy heights of ministerial office they get another term. Councillors should be the same. Seatwarmers need not apply, raise the pay and abolish the pension while we're at it. The number of SNP bams not seeking re-election, who've been dogs in the manger for 20-odd years having risen without trace and whose names might as well be john and jane smith for all the recognition they trigger, is staggering.

She also said "To SNP members across the country: I may be leaving parliament, but I will be by your side every step of the way as we complete our journey to independence."

I think dxg may been thinking of the Statute of Limitations.
I doesn't apply to cases heard above magistrates court level and doesn't seem to apply at all in Scottish law, except in a very limited way to what might be thought of as minor offences.
As I understand it from the following, but I'm an engineer, not a lawyer.

Yup, I was getting confused with contract law, where you've got your standard 6 or 12 years' of liability.

Good to know they can't be trying to stretch it out until time runs out.

So I guess we just keep waiting.

See you Sturgeon...don't let the door smack you on the arse on the way out, a hatefull creature who never once had the voting puplic's interests at heart, only Me-me-me-me...so just fk off..!!!

If I were the Police Detectives I'd be keeping a very long term eye on her coming's and going's...the money is somewhere and only a very few of the inner sanctum know where it is.

I hope the new chapter is a lengthy stretch in the big hoose at His Majesty's Pleasure, and that embrace is a warm and cosy one from Big Brenda in block C of Barlinnie Women's clink. Big Brenda used to be Big Barry, but she suddenly woke up one morning and decided Saughton was a wee bit tough.

Nippy slated in article in the Herald.

"Nicola Sturgeon wasted the unprecedented good fortune she inherited from Alex Salmond in the wake of the independence referendum in 2014 and left her party "severely damaged" and "deeply divided",

" If speeches alone improved society then a vastly better society would exist in Scotland. "

Its finally happened, Sturgeon getting major pelters and it was joyous to watch, possibly the best thing I've ever seen in Hollyrood.

I nearly had a tear in my eye...from laughter.

And Swinney trying to defend her, what a prize plonker.

One acted like a dictator with grandiose delusions who ruled over an oppressed population and stole all thier money.

The other is the head of state for North Korea.

She'll be moving in about a mile from me - HMP Stirling.
