In fairness the Conservatives were still trying to blame a previous Labour government when they had done 14 years in power.

I'm pretty sure Liz Truss is still blaming them.

1.3m houses, probably won't be a problem unless you have loads of fields near you.
Why does 1 in 50 odd of the population need a brand new house?

It will be more of the same with higher taxes and less green belt.

I think the national debt will exceed 110% of GDP by the end of their first 5 years, currently over 97% of GDP.

And more potholes in the roads.

I get the impression its "fk we've won...what do we do now" Starmer and his cohorts couldn't be an effective opposition so how will they magically become a competent government...its going to be a disaster.

Most of us will be much worse off just shortly.

For the next general election, it’s not Labour that the Conservatives need to worry about. It’s trying to attract their core voters back who defected to Reform.

Labour could quite easily win again if the Tories are split and divided.
Exactly. The more of the reform vote that still remains in 2029, the less labour needs to do.

You dont actually need your car, do you???
Oh, and pronouns. They will become terribly important. Its an easy way to reduce nhs waiting lists: no pronoun, no appointment

Come on everyone, be reasonable, it's his first day in office ffs!

Judge him (and Angela Rayner) in three years time.

That's if we haven't been nuked by the mad Russian before then.

No, really? And there’s the problem. Utterly inept people in positions they can’t deliver in.

We have lit the fire it is so cold, regretting saying it will be a cold day in hell if Labour get elected at the next election after 2019.

Anyone who likes cars will be screwed.

Bring on an age where mediocrity is encouraged and success is actively discouraged.

Quit your jobs and live off the state...
