Budget management software

Morning all,
Does anyone have any recommendations for budgeting software? The sort of thing I'm after would let me do the following sort of things...
1. Import bank & credit card statements.
2. Let me categorize (and remember) spending into different categories.
3. Let me create and manage virtual money pots (so I transfer x amount to a savings account monthly, but can automatically track it into holiday, car costs, appliance replacement funds and so on).
4. Something cloud based, so I can access it from any PC, and in the ideal world, with an Android app so that Mrs Kermit and I can instantly categorize cash spending at the time of spending.
Things like Microsoft Money don't seem to exist any more, and I know from past experience that trying to build and maintain this sort of thing in Excel is a nightmare to keep up, as the need to manually export all the information from online banking sites and then manually categorize everything every time rapidly pushes it into the "can't be added this week" category.
Any thoughts?
