Credit Card Good news story

Thought it would be good to give some praise for a change...
Background is that I paid for something c£1900 on my credit card back in Nov 2007. It was a type of insurance policy to buy a property. Company went bust, so when time came to use the policy I couldn't.
Before Xmas I contacted the credit card company to see if anything could be done re: a refund, and glad to report that I've just received a full refund. Strangely it's marked as "Without" prejudice", so presume they must end up in court with these type of things.
So, a credit card company from the north east of UK have retained their reputation as being good for customer service.
