Google searches say I can legally fill in the date myself but a bit unsure.
Debtor has a history of making very late payments and generally coughs up eventually after I have written a few letters and quoted the clauses in the legally binding contract that exists between us, as is the case this time. (Freehold v leasehold)
CQE is signed etc and just has the date missing, whether this is intentional or not I could not say. But perhaps I should add the leaseholder is a member of the police force and reminds me of this at every opportunity.
