In fairness there is nothing bad in the RNS, so I am not sure why it has dropped. I am averaged low on ZIOC, so as long as it doesn't drop below 10p.

Exactly it just wasn't the "take over/buy out" people wanted and I believe from what I'm reading (which again is a pinch of salt) Shorters are to play with how the price has dropped.

I bought in at 12.75p. I was tempted this morning to buy again at 12p, but id be leaving myself short of ££. So I'm happy to see how this pans out.

I was tempted and have been tempted by N4 Pharm's for a while, but lets see that share price drop a bit more and for me to find some funds please :-)

I'm in Fundsmith and have been for a few years.

Heard good things about Terry Smith, had a look into him, hes got a very good track record so I went in for some funds. 2% return in a month so far. Time will tell if he achieves big things this year like he has in the past.

Anyone else in CPX? I bought first tranche last year at 8p, watched them rise all the way to 19p and now they're back to 8p ish... so I've bought again... I might be retarded but I'm pretty sure its going to rise over 20p on a couple of good bits of news this spring/summer...

MTFB, any day now people... Any day now...

Pah, a likely story! Actually, they are due to submit the NDA in the next 20 days, and there was a 1 code yesterday. I actually think they'll announce submission next week, midweek, but it's hardly going to come as a surprise, so knowing MTFB, the share price will fall ;-)

Unfortunately people do believe that nonsense, probably why you see code 1, 88,100 200,300 etc, as people believe the crap they read on the internet, publicly available secret codes an oxymoron if ever their was one. Should be filled in the Same bin as the Elliott wave theorists.

Anyone care to tell us more about these codes, where to find them. I have never heard of them before.

On another note - Aviva looking good 19 p divi due in May being tipped by some of the big boys in the £6/6.35 range. Huge cash surplus and currently around £5.19

They’ve been remarkably accurate with mtfb.

It could be people messing about around the time of news to perpetuate the myth, but there’s no arguing with the stats.

It makes no sense though, who creates these codes and for who’s benefit?

Why not just pick up the phone or a group email instead of sending a slightly more advanced smoke signal?

I would be careful of thinking it has any significance, there’s very few friends in share forums despite how it may appear.

Well, it was an automated trade, so it’s unlikely to be a pi or a share forum member.

The old theory was that it was MMs, and they couldn’t pick up the phone without getting arrested for collusion.

As you say, it’s hardly worth taking notice of, a single share trade doesn’t influence fundamentals, which is surely what people invest on?

Yep, here's hoping! I like how straight forward he is.

First time posting in here!

Only been trading a year, mostly buying for the long term. Got burnt by carillon but other than that ok, NG, BT etc..

One good winner ... GAMA .. Got in at 4.80 just hit 7.30 this morning and I think still a long way to go (great company). Worth sticking on a watch list anyway.

Holding the finger over buy on MTFB.......

And today is RNS day. Nothing massively important, but totally consistent with previous 1 codes and following RNS, down to the number of days gap.

Obviously another total coincidence.

So, R8Steve, another one code this afternoon on MTFB. Want to wager whether that results in an RNS in the next few days, given that you know it's all nonsense?

I have no idea about the company so have no idea if they are even expecting an RNS so that would be a bit silly.

I see you've changed it from a 1 code being an RNS due the following day (days countdown apparently) to it meaning an RNS in the next few days though. hehe

I'll take your wager though, £50 to RNLI from me if there's an RNS tomorrow, same for you if there isn't. You in?

Price monitoring extensions don't count though.
