I have a feeling this fridge is built in the same factory as the Neff one. Utterly useless and can't be levelled. On a kitchen install the Customer supplied the appliance, Neff sent three out and finallly an engineer. It wasn't until the engineer couldn't do anything to get it level that the customer finally accepted we couldn't do anything with it either.
I'm baffled by why (as someone who fits kitchens) you wouldn't be able to level it?

Ours is Maytag and has rollers at the back which I think have a small amount of adjustment from the front, but they had to roll it back onto pads to get it right.
You are baffled? Me, nor the builder or the NEFF engineer could do it, it just would not sit level. If you adjusted the front feet and then tried to adjust the rear, the rear would unlevel it at the front, thats of course if the adjuster for the back didnt break whilst lifting the rear, as it did with the first two appliances.

We've installed many types of American fridge freezers, only last week we installed two Sub Zeros which are massive, and like I stated earlier NEFF sent three out and none would level adjusting the rear feet, so in the end we could only level the front, which at their most screwed in setting meant that the appliance still lent back. Utter tat.... and it seems that whoever actually built the applaince, builds them for other makes as well from reading the OP.

I imagine it's deliberate to try and prevent dheads pulling it over and crushing themselves under it.
