Ideally located for when you want to go for a pint of Spingo.
Just a short stumble home! thumbup

I like them both. The US one's a model of restraint. Nice.

Shame the owner couldn't exercise the same restraint, eh.

Its only distinguishing feature is the location, which is either a big plus or a big minus. The house itself is grim. Boring modern box with no character, tiny and almost unusable garden, close neighbours on all sides, bugger all parking...
I agree, that's grim.
I think it could make a good holiday or retirement home with a bit of remodelling - receptions on the 1st floor for the views, bedrooms on the lower floor.
Would need knocking about a bit though.

You could make a really nice family home out of it with a bit of gentle updating, and the location would be fantastic for about 10 months of the year. A bit busy for the other 2 months though.
Was this not the house that was on "The Sheriffs are Coming" where the woman denied all knowledge of a debit and didn't actually live in the house, when they started to look around it they found a separate annex - it looks so familiar from the front

Lovely. Very nice decor, I really like the hedge, oddly.

I don't think this is badly priced. Bit of an interior update for my taste, but not a bad spot and 15 acres.

I love this cottage in Gloucestershire. Village location, 2 acres, beautiful renovation, outbuildings… It has the lot

Lovely. And also how to do an interior. That's what you get when you pay a professional.

I already had their Naked Kitchen kitchen on my pinterest as inspo for when I do mine.

ETA, genuine OMG at picture 26 It's got mats!!! cloud9

My selection for a Monday morning.

https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/107372996#/

I spent a number of my teenage years in a neighbouring property with of a few of their fields to the side of me.

Quiet enough to be in the middle of nowhere, yet two miles from the market town of Northallerton and just over two hours to London Kings Cross.

Absurdly good value for money. You'll struggle to find a better deal on rightmove today. It's at least £1m under market imho.

That Northallerton place looks great. Does seem very cheap.

Wonder if there's sitting tenants in the flats?

I do like it, but I struggle to see what I'd do with it - whereas 'most' mini estates I can imagine slotting my life into (with a healthy dose of dreaming!).

It's like a throw up of Modern House/Farrow and Ball instagram page hehe

It is nicely done though the floral wallpaper is a huge outlier IMO, get rid of that and it is all quite pleasant, though obviously too close to Wales.
