That Northallerton place looks great. Does seem very cheap.
It does, even for round here. Can't see much wrong with it other than decor though, unless it's hiding some structural horrors.
In my teenage years we had many raucous nights in the Travellers Rest pub which used to be just down the road drink

I love this cottage in Gloucestershire. Village location, 2 acres, beautiful renovation, outbuildings… It has the lot

Lovely. And also how to do an interior. That's what you get when you pay a professional.

I already had their Naked Kitchen kitchen on my pinterest as inspo for when I do mine.

ETA, genuine OMG at picture 26 It's got mats!!! cloud9
Very much not convinced by the kitchen. Sacrifices functionality for style. Not enough storage by a very long chalk, and looks very stark. Rest of the interiors are nice but not necessarily designed - we have done ours similarly just by taking inspiration from elsewhere. But that house is very dressed for the images. And getting the designers in obviously didn't extend to the "cinema room" in pic 18!

I love the interior and fit out, but tbh I wonder how much of that makes up the appeal of the property. The virtual tour confirms that for me the layout is not ideal and it has rather small rooms.

Take the virtual tour - it doesn't look as 'designer homes magazine' glossy. Execution is a bit iffy. Plus it's a lot of pokey rooms and nooks, when I'd want a big living space in there.

This mornings day dreaming is mostly around this.

Frustrating there are no interior shots, which I suppose just means it needs gutting. But the location and plot wins it for me.

Lovely part of the world, we got married in Falmouth castle.

Would make a good project place, as the outbuildings up the back would probably make nice holiday lets / house for the inlaws.

Whenever I see a path that sort of shape, I always like to have a look at the satellite view, and see what it looks like.

It looks a bit like a "rocket" I suppose.
