Honda Prelude out the front, not seen one of those for a while laugh
Saw one last week for the first time in years.

The kind of car that gets better looking with every passing year.

Holy st! Literally.

Maybe a shortage of benefits properties so they'll rent it back to the government?

The bi folds in pic 12/13

Why would you market it like that?

It's obvious it isn't finished, so why hide it?

Exactly - anyone who turns up to view is going to see it. Having it in the photos means people don't immediately get the hump and walk off.

As far as I can see (not being an expert DIYer or property developer) there isn't a lot to do, so the buyers just need to get a carpet (other fine floor coverings exist) fitter in, and this way they're not stuck with the previous owner's dreadful taste (though actually the rest isn't particularly offensive).

Been on the market for months

Just think by spending a few £ sorting that bit out could add several £ to the asking price

Look like a young family that was expanding for the long term and, for whatever reason is selling up instead.

It's fine. But the flow is terrible. You have to go through the sitting room to get to the utility room, and then the toilet. Why not open up the cupboard between the kitchen and the utility room (even if the boiler is there, it would be worth it).

More overpriced than a nightmare, but backs onto a dog exercise field and a screamy kids play area.

Price feels a little toppy....

I don’t know the area at all, but looking at sold prices and street view - that price sounds insane.

Strikes me as cheap though?

A few days of 'apprentices' emptying it then a quick cheap kitchen and bathroom, carpets and paint and it'll have a tenant in there a few days after the paint has dried.

yes

Sure, you can improve the interior decor, but the exterior would still be utterly characterless.

For Haxby, the price is a joke

Think I've got the correct property here, if so it last sold 2 years ago for £555K so yes, quite a big bump!
