Yes but that's not walking distance to Craven Cottage
Is being close to a st football team a 'thing' in that there London? You've certainly got a wide variety to choose from.(I'm sure Sir also noticed the smiley I put in my post to indicate I was just having a bit of a laugh.)

Its ridiculously expensive. And its a Semi. And it doesnt have a garage which is also insane.
But I just like it. The way it looks, the way the interiors are done.
For the regulars, my answer will be eye-rollingly predictable, but - £30m Its ridiculously expensive. And its a Semi. And it doesnt have a garage which is also insane.
But I just like it. The way it looks, the way the interiors are done.
A semi sold there for £55 million in 2012....
Doesn't stop me laughing at it, however.

Said famous actor is a season ticket holder at Fulham. Hence his comment. Not sure if its qualifies as pawn, but a pretty historic building nonetheless.

It is nuts, but it’s also a fabulous location.
Is it? I thought it was in London.30 mil AND you have to live in london.............................
I grew up in London, and hate the place now - well I also hated it the last time I lived there at the end of 1990s. But if I had to live there now (and I had the funds of course), for me there would only be 3 locations I'd consider: Wimbledon Village, Hampstead, or Chelsea.

Does it come with the Mcintosh amps and B&W 801 (802?) speakers? That integrated amp is worth 15k on its own, let alone the >30k speakers, plus streamers etc. Always love seeing something like that, looks like they have another set-up in the 'day-room'. NomduJour said:
