I like that!
It seems to have more windows inside than outside, based on the photos anyway.

At the €120k starting price, sure. Bit of an odd place to start when it is presumably going to fetch many multiples of that amount confused
Yep, that confused me too.

Have we had this? Pretty tastefully done grade 2 listed Edwardian former vicarage.

Very nicely done. Shame it's not got more land.

That is absolutely a piece of me right there, if I had proper funds!

Stunning. Agreed on amount of land, but tbf it's still a plenty 'sufficient' garden/plot.

Don't think this is for sale, but if you wanted to lve in Tuscany then this would be how to do it:

It is for sale: https://www.abodeitaly.com/property/aisl000967/it/...

The funny thing with the youtube video linked above is that the most replayed parts of it are of the lavatories.

Yep, there really isn't anything I would need to change there, apart from perhaps turning the gym area into a garage.

Cracking place yes

In terms of land, 0.5 acres is absolutely perfect, I neither need nor want anything more than that.

I've always said that 0.5-1 acres is the sweet spot for me.

Nice house but right on two roads front and back, so you'll hear the constant drone of traffic, looks nice inside but if it wasn't you could change that can't move the roads though.

I’d be surprised if those two small roads resulted in a constant drone, albeit that I’m not familiar with the area!

The road from the A5 to the M1 junction behind the house gets very busy twice a day.

It rather looks like a slightly run down 70s office block from the outside and the inside is just brown. I'm glad we're all different but that has no redeeming features for me at all.

ETA sorry the view looks good and at least you don't have to look at the house!

I guess one man's Nationally important modernist masterpiece is another man's run down 70s office block hehe
