The nice stuff on the inside can’t take away from the bleak look of the outside.
Does it need a good scrub 'n jetwash?

Was £10m last year, been for sale for a while (since Sept 2023). Don't know why, unless Eastbourne is expanding that way.
Wow. And wow again.

That's pure filth in real estate terms imho. Just look at the newel posts!

Easy access to coast, train to London, ferry from Newhaven, close to maximum sunshine (for the UK) and not in Lewes. Result!

I really like it. No idea whether price is realistic. Bells are really weird. Even though I'm generally noise sensitive, they don't bother me at all. Locals can get very upset when incomers complain or try to get church bells 'switched off'

The 'estate charges' are >£5000 - that's a lot to rent somewhere to take the dogs for a st

Also next to a church AND over the road from one of the roughest estates in Nottingham. The new owner will require guard dogs/ tigers, maybe a Phalanx CIWS

You (well I do!) zone them out after a while. Our village church bells go every 15 minutes but they don't keep us up at night.

Same. Church is a couple of streets away, pretty close and I can see church from the window.

Of all the things that have the potential to annoy me, church bells aren't one of them.

I like the house above, but not at that money, I don't think.

its nice enough in itself but its right on top of the neighbours and you are definitely paying to live on that estate

Can't believe it hasn't been snapped up yet hehe

I wonder how many people are in the pool of potential purchasers, and indeed what both their names are.
