Bit cold and clinical inside for me. I think it's the flooring in the main room.

Not for me either - don't like anything about it and would not purchase for a third of the price.

In isolation, I really like it - but not at anywhere close to that price, and not in that location.

Cambridge prices tend to be quite high, and its a nice part of town... But, that's ridiculous. Surely nobody will buy that for £450k

That is a lovely little sh*g pad, how can you have that much 'openness' unsupported on a corner though?

I'm no longer surprised at what folk will spend - especially in popular areas.

It's on the Trumpington Road - which is the A10 into Cambridge. It is probably the busiest route into Cambridge and has hideous traffic at school run time.

Surely the above barn conversion is overpriced by at least 1.5 million?!
Yes, it's nice, but has no land listed, and a close neighbour. Am I missing something?
I would have expected an indoor 25m pool at this price as well...
Definitely.

I would rather have this and the 2,750,000 change thanks.
Needs some money spending on it but it looks a bargain compared to that barn conversion.
