May I direct Sir a bit further out to the suburbs, where he will find The G-Tech Arenadrome, or something, you can't miss it as it's right next to a horrifically busy, smelly and noisy flyover, made out of brightly coloured bits of Lego (tm) and Meccano (tm), where a proper load of st plays.

(I'm sure Sir also noticed the smiley I put in my post to indicate I was just having a bit of a laugh.)

Its ridiculously expensive. And its a Semi. And it doesnt have a garage which is also insane.

But I just like it. The way it looks, the way the interiors are done.
For the regulars, my answer will be eye-rollingly predictable, but - £30m hehe
It is also next to The Boltons in Chelsea which at times has been the most expensive road (or 2nd) in the country because most of the properties are still houses like this one that have not been split into flats.
A semi sold there for £55 million in 2012....
I know why it's so expensive.

Doesn't stop me laughing at it, however.

Said famous actor is a season ticket holder at Fulham. Hence his comment.

Not sure if its qualifies as pawn, but a pretty historic building nonetheless.

That doesn't register as anything resembling pawn for me.

I love the history of the place but its simply massive so surely some kind of boutique hotel or wedding facility.

Great but not porn.

There is that I grant you.

I grew up in London, and hate the place now - well I also hated it the last time I lived there at the end of 1990s. But if I had to live there now (and I had the funds of course), for me there would only be 3 locations I'd consider: Wimbledon Village, Hampstead, or Chelsea.

If I was spending that much, I'd move to Jersey - https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/154509344#/...

Does it come with the Mcintosh amps and B&W 801 (802?) speakers? That integrated amp is worth 15k on its own, let alone the >30k speakers, plus streamers etc. Always love seeing something like that, looks like they have another set-up in the 'day-room'.

So the auction doesn't count as "on the market" presumably?!

Jeez thats nice, really well done in places. Possibly a bit modern/sterile fo my liking but I'm sure if I was spending £35mil I'd be able to paint it smile
