I was born and raised in Dronfield Woodhouse and my mum still lives there. I can't see how any property could be worth £3m.

Such a difference between the charming setting and character of the exterior and that stunning blandness of the interior. Though, to be fair, empty houses never look great - in that situation it might have made sense to have it dressed for the photos.

The irony is that they probably paid an ‘interior designer’ a not inconsiderable sum to come up with that feast of greyness and that new-build show home kitchen.
