that is rather nice and seems like staggering VFM (ok I'd not use the master-bedroom thanks to the moronic bath inclusion but the 'jack-and-jill' bathroom set-up would be excellent as a master suite yes )
Nice enough inside (I agree about the odd bathsetup) but the outside is a bit of an elephant, interesting to look at but not all that pretty and I wouldn’t actually want to own one.

Also, £1m for an awkward plot next to a giant greenhouse in Lincolnshire is not staggering VFM, not staggeringly good anyway.

33 acres and yet no site plan seems negligent.

You could set up a real-life Prisoner island there, is Patrick McGoohan still alive?

Its a very cool place. Been to a few parties/events there. It gets cut off from the mainland at high tide. Warm summer outdoor party. Loads of people up all night and watch the sunrise in the morning. Good times.

Must take few million a year at least from all it's facilities.

I like this one, not cheap and pick apart the "blank canvas interior" as you will but it looks like a well planned out set up.

Manageable main house, entertainment barn, cottage annex, lovely grounds, garaging for 9 cars and a double height workshop complete with lift, all dotted around the 11 acres...nice.

I think that’s fab.

I think those two bedrooms adjoining the Jack 'n Jill bathroom are if you and your betrothed sleep in different beds (I guess your socials might show your relationship status as "it's complicated"). Otherwise it's the bedroom which has the dressing room and integrated ensuite down the other end of the house. Regarding the bath you could extend that dividing wall thing so it extends past the bath but with a 1.2m gap to the window. Or rip the thing out completely!

The outside and the neighbouring properties aren't very inspiring. The property itself sits in a sea of driveway - there's plenty of spots there to put some plantings in and make it less stark. You can see the other two properties just on this page are quite impressive and have garden right at the walls.

Just come up, round the corner from me. There was a business running from here for a few years, hence the 'commercial kitchen' comment, I've been in a few times and its a lovely old setting.

House will be a bit of a moneypit, but thats no different to half of those posted here.

However, its a perfect PHers lottery win, with a fantastic car lair, built in showroom, large garage etc.

(Old money homeowner had an old money collection of cars I reckon based on what remains, no sim-rig or rack of trackday wheels to be seen here!!)
