Advice re upgrading head unit - nissan juke

Hello,
I am pretty clueless when it comes to car audio, having downgraded my car to a 2016 Nissan Juke Tekna I miss apple carplay for Spotify etc that I have had in my last few cars.
I have been looking at aftermarket head units. And whilst some of the android systems designed to fit the car look good and apparently have loads of features I am wary about them in case I end up buying crap.
I am looking for a unit that lows me to retain the steering wheel controls and also if possible the cars 360 degree camera system (I think this might be tricky)
Has anyone any experience, recommendations or can assist?

I'm going down this route myself after the head unit in my 2016 yeti failed. The china special android units will give you the features you want; Teyes CC3 will even do 360 cameras etc, but I'd be surprised if you could make it work with built in equipment without a load of work.
You may be able to get a higher end/newer OEM unit to upgrade your car but from my experience these seem to cost way over what they're actually worth.
Most branded aftermarket units will do carplay/android auto but again unless you spend lots they'll probably be a downgrade in screensize/features compared with OEM.

I hadn’t heard of teyes to be honest but this unit even mentions oem 360 camera support, I am concerned that it seems fairly low spec though.

Also interested in this for my wife's 2017 Tekna Juke. Every time we go anywhere I miss having Google Maps and phone integration on the dashboard as in my car, but she won't entertain any solution that doesn't include the 360 camera.
If you get anywhere with T'Eyes (as their site seems to call them, possibly a company from Yorkshire?) please post findings!

I received a one line reply saying if my head unit looks like the one on the advert page 360 cameras will work. I don’t think I’m confident enough to order a system though as apparently they are ordered from Australia and dispatched from china. I foresee problems if it doesn’t work as described. If you get anywhere with T'Eyes (as their site seems to call them, possibly a company from Yorkshire?) please post findings!

Definite gamble but figure I can always ebay if it doesn't work out and return is impossible. I hate the existing system enough to at least try

A quick FYI, all these units, Teyes included, are generic Android units of varying specs. Mine ended up being a 4gb ram 64gb memory unit based on a Unisoc UIS7862 cpu.
The 'brands' load their own software but the vast majority have almost identical hardware.
Quite happy with mine, but I knew what to expect. The sound quality seems on par with OEM and the novelty of a massive screen with working wheel controls appeals. It's like having a giant phone glued to your dashboard so carplay/andrioid auto are sort of redundant although are there if you want them.

The main thing I use in the car is Spotify and I hadn’t realised there is a car mode on Spotify which turns on when the phone is playing through Bluetooth on the normal head unit. This will do me for now.

OK, the CC3 head unit came from the supplier much faster than I expected, arrived yesterday and fitted this evening. The supplier sent a bag of standard adaptors and the specific harness adaptor for the Juke connections. Everything works fine. Audio sounds great, the steering wheel controls had to be set manually, but they work OK once that's done. Android Auto gives Spotify, Waze, Google Maps over a wired connection. I've read CarPlay works over wired or wireless, but I've not tried it. Was easy enough to fit, I'd recommend it if you think it's worth the cost. One thing it doesn't do is DAB.
Forgot to add, the 360 camera does work, but something odd is going on which makes it switch off after a few seconds. The fact the video comes through suggests it's a missing bit of config or trigger wire or similar. But both reversing and bird-eye view camera all work. You might notice the reversing indicator lines overlapping the feed from the car as well - I think this is some kind of config issue. I ran out of time to look into why, but I'll look further this weekend.

It was pretty easy to fit. Helpfully the manufacturer sends you the precise set of harness adaptors you need for the Juke. Even though they say 2010-2014, everything went into a 17 plate Juke without any problems. There are a lot of other cables provided for dedicated speaker setups, but only the harness adaptor they send is required. Pry off the climate controls (I needed a trim tool to get the thing to come loose) then it's just philips screws to lift the surround out, and philips screws to remove the old head unit and swap the vents. Bit of a thread revival here. I have eventually ordered a teyes head unit but not for my juke, for my Mercedes Vito instead. Previously £575 and reduced to £300 for the gadget on its own, but after shipping and import duty etc the total cost was £356
Seems a hell of a lot just for sending it to me, but it did make its way from Guangdong to Guildford in less than a week.
Still looking into the rear camera issue - other than that, everything works well.

The CC3 head unit has been great, except for one issue which is a dealbreaker for my wife (whose car it is). I can't get the 360 cameras to work longer than 30 seconds or so after the ignition is switched on. It's frustrating because it's so close to working - if you engage reverse straight after switching on the engine, you get the cameras working and updating on the nice big screen, with the steering wheel showing the overlay updating as you turn. I've spoken with several aftermarket shops but nobody seems too interested in helping with a unit they didn't supply, would love to solve this if anyone has any ideas.
