I disagree. We have regular cats that turn up at the door have some biscuits and wander off. We've also had three that turned up and stayed.
Her cat isn't getting the love/attention/food (delete as applicable) at 'home'. Simple as.

He gets all of the above i am afraid.
we love animals.
We suspect that this is how we got him.
he came from a vets in cheshire/local hotel brough him in as he had been eating there. they had tried to find his owners for three weeks with no luck. We now know he is just a cat that likes to wander. I guess he has always done this.we love him, we have two other cats and they are pampered. and a dog and 4 rats. we love animals. Oh and for the record they get real food (meat/tuna and Iams to eat) although i prefer to feed them dried food with the occasional treat.
