Glad Sam is back home. Bit late now but our dog was going off his food a while ago and someone suggested putting it on a plate. We did and he wolfed it down. We have since got him a flat lick mat and he eats everything we put on it. We suggested it to a friend and they had the same results.

fantastic news, lovely to see the vets go that extra mile, and that now their back home, after some issues our lovely vet diagnosed our 14 year old cat (moggy) with kidney/heart issues, but now she's on a phosphate, thyroid, and kidney/heart liquid, the difference is fantastic. thank god for licky licks, never heard of them before, but she polishes off her meds each time, just wished we could have done something for our Nali, god love him

Just to close this off, sadly Sam crossed the Bridge yesterday.

Thanks to everyone who replied and wished him well.

So sorry to hear that.

Kidney disease in dogs and cats is brutal.
