Things to see in Europe.

I'm sure there's lots out there, we've spent many evenings looking and places to go and things to see, but thought it was worth an ask on here. It's just I'd be pretty gutted if we had missed something incredible by a few km's because I didn't bother asking what people would suggest.
But by missing something really cool someone else suggested you could find something really cool nobody else knew about. Isn't that the point of travelling? If passing through Stuttgart, which is a great idea for a PHer, as already recommended you have the Merc and Porsche museums, but not too far away is Sinsheim Technica Museum. Also Heidelberg is worth a visit - bit like a German Oxford or Cambridge.
Not that you'll need somewhere to stay around Stuttgart (since you're in a motorhome), but I would recommend Ludwigsburg, and a super hotel called the Nestor. I stayed here for several weeks when working at AMG-Merc. Ludwigsburg has a fabulous palace and superb town-centre/market-place.
You can then make your way down to the south of France (Monaco, Nice, Cannes) via Rhine Falls and Zurich with options to stop in Milan or Turin on the way to the Mediterranean coast.
The world is your oyster. Or, lobster if your name is Del-boy.
