maison la minervetta is an amazing place built into the cliff-side a few minutes walk out of town to the south side. Only a small doorway is visible from the road. The views and the terraces are fantastic. If you ask them nicely they will arrange a booking and a car to take you up to sant'agata to dine at Don Alfonso which is double-starred. It's an entire evening because the meal (apart from being everything you'd expect that to be and more) will last for a couple of hours and then they will take you on the full tour including the fairly extensive Roman-era cellars and vaults, now used for the 'good' wine, cheese and spirits. Truly special stuff.
