Spanish rentals

Looking for advice on what websites to try and secure some Spanish rentals. Two slightly different sorts however.

1. Looking to rent a sizeable house for 20 or so guests for a short term rental next summer.

2. Looking for a smaller city apartment for regular 3 - 4 month winter rental for my own use - trying to test run remote working for a chunk of the year with a view to buying there and switching over to rent the place over summer and then using it myself over winter.

Any recommendations?

Have used the usual owners direct etc for both but alternative sites welcomed.
